RETURN POLICY

Cancellations made within 10 days of placing an order will be issued a full refund. After the 10 day time frame, cancellations will incur a $159 admin fee.  Once an order has been on our calendar for 30 days, refunds and cancellations can no longer be issued.  If you make a change to your order, such as an add-on, we are not able to offer a refund.  Additionally, we do not accept returns. However, if you have an issue with our product once it is delivered to you, we are here to help and will do everything within reason to make sure your new Workhorse smoker is to your satisfaction.
